What You’ll Do

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of our business in the Ottawa region, responsible for expanding our footprint and strengthening client relationships. You will:

Drive Sales Growth: Market and sell our services to insurance adjusters, ensuring a strong and consistent sales pipeline.

Expand Your Network: Develop new client relationships while maintaining and strengthening existing connections.

Be a Trusted Advisor: Educate clients on our value through presentations, lunch & learns, and industry events.

Close Deals with Confidence: Identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Stay in the Field: Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to maximize exposure.

Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Be a Road Warrior: Travel frequently within Quebec and surrounding areas to meet with clients and grow market presence (approximately 50% travel required).

What You Bring to the Table

Fluency in Québécois French (English as a second language) – a must-have for this role.

Proven Sales Success: At least 7 years of territory management experience.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance, property claims, or related fields is a strong asset.

A Hunter Mentality: You thrive on prospecting and closing deals.

Relationship-Driven Approach: You excel at building rapport and long-term partnerships.

Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is preferred.

Education: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.

Requested skills

Education & Qualifications Required:

  • Must be fluent in Quebecois French
  • Seven (7) years of territory management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration an asset
  • Knowledge of the most common and most recent industry best practices
  • Ability to use whatever software and other sales tools are in place, HubSpot experience would be preferred.
  • Ability to meet sales goals
  • Experience in closing sales
  • Experience in prospecting potential clients

Commissions

This is a field-based role and will allow for the candidate to work from home with some travel involved for training and meeting purposes. The role will offer a base salary as well as a commission structure based on sales performance.
